Alien Mood is a trade name of thedawn, registered in the Netherlands (KVK: 92595944).
Processing Time
All orders are made to order and require 2–5 business days to produce before shipping. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During product launches, limited drops, or peak holiday periods, processing times may extend by an additional 1–3 business days. We'll communicate any expected delays on our website and through order confirmation emails.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €75 or equivalent based on your local currency at checkout. Orders below this threshold will have shipping costs calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated Delivery Times
All orders are fulfilled and shipped domestically within your region. Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery is 2–5 business days.
Total estimated time from order to delivery: 4–10 business days.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your specific location and local carrier workload. Rural or remote areas may take longer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. If tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, reach out and we'll look into it.
Undeliverable & Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refused delivery, we'll contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping costs for resending the order will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window and tracking shows no updates for more than 10 business days, contact us. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund.
We don't leave you hanging. If it's lost, we make it right.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Because each item is made to order, we can only modify or cancel an order if production hasn't started yet. If you need to make a change, email us as soon as possible. Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
